Evan's first Easter

While Evan's still a little too young for an Easter egg hunt, he is plenty old enough to play with his new Easter bunnies!

 Of course, he loves the tags on them the most!  He's definitely in the "tag phase"!

Since John was home for most of this lovely holiday, I got to even have some pictures taken WITH my boy! :)

John grilled us some delicious Australian lamb chops, and I made a hashbrown casserole and steamed veggies to go with, followed by freshly baked peach pie and ice cream.  Since the weather was so gorgeous, John and I finished off our Easter (after Evan was in bed) by sitting outside around our new fire pit, taking in the night sky.  With the coals so hot we couldn't help but toast a few marshmallows to put them to even better use!  I couldn't have asked for a better day with my family.  They are truly the biggest blessing in my life.
